Terms and Conditions

By using the ‘ScholaroVista’ virtual platform you hereby confirm that:

1. You, a (Pharmaceutical) company confirms that your Medical Representatives (MRs) are above 18 years of age and are competent Medical Representatives in order to use this application.


2. You shall ensure that the MRs get themselves registered on and subscribe for the 'ScholaroVista' app, on our platform for the availing of our virtual courses on Sales, Soft skills and Pharmaceutical Branding.


3. The online training on our virtual application 'ScholaroVista' is available for use of Medical Representatives of Pharmaceutical Companies. The Subscriber will be fully responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions of use.


4. You ensure that the subscriber has provided complete and valid Information (including regarding your identity) uploaded on the virtual platform. You also ensure the subscriber provides additional Information as may be required on the application.


5. The 'ScholaroVista' application is an initiative of Infedis Infotech LLP ('the company'). Every information, data, images, etc. ("Information") uploaded or provided while using our application or otherwise in relation to availing the online courses would be collected and stored thereon. Subscriber's personal data may in some situations be seen by third parties in the pharmaceutical line of business or operations & maintenance contractors repairing and maintaining our technical systems, and the same may be used and/or shared by the company for the purpose of services including analysis, research, training and disclosure (where required) to government authorities. The information provided to us can be kept with the company indefinitely and can be used without revealing your identity.


6. The Company shall keep the aforesaid information as confidential at all times and shall NOT utilize and share the same with any of the third parties other than authorized third party websites and/or as mandated by any authorities as required by law of the land or as per any Court Order. Thus, you hereby accept and consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, sharing or disclosure of your Information with the company.


7. You accept that the subscriber can only access the online courses by subscribing annually to the application with INR 999 and that is payable to the company. The subscription is annual and payment is made for one time and can be used only for one ID/subscriber.


8. You accept that the training provided through this platform is solely based on the request and subscription made by you via the information provided on the application, including any of the subscriber's personal information or documents uploaded. If any inaccurate information is provided or suppressed or the subscriber fails to provide any pertinent / necessary information and it leads to failure of your access to the online courses, you hereby accept that the company shall not be held liable for the same.


9. You shall have to follow all the protocols and instructions for the courses and training provided on the application. If you disregard the instructions provided at any stage of the courses, you will be deemed to be taking an action contrary to instructions and the company shall not be held liable for any resultant consequences thereof in any form or manner whatsoever.


10. The online courses are available at the subscription amount specified, and various kinds of specialised training programs including Core product knowledge, Advanced Sales techniques, Timely resolution of on-field-problems, Competitive Analysis and Market Research, Digital Marketing among others shall be effectively provided to the MRs.


11. Upon successful completion of the given courses, the MRs shall be provided a Completion Certificate for each of the courses


12. Without prejudice to the above, the subscriber may, in his/her sole discretion and professional judgment, determine that the virtual courses are not appropriate for your needs and accordingly, may elect to discontinue the courses, however once the subscription is opted for and the amount is paid, the same shall be non-refundable.


13. By confirming your request for subscription to the online courses, you hereby consent to allow the company to receive your information and the payment made to assist with the online courses and agree to all of the mentioned terms and conditions.


14. You understand that there are inherent risks involved in subscribing to the online application over a mobile/computer platform, which include:
• Information transmitted may not be sufficient to allow complete access to the application at times.
• Delays in courses could occur due to deficiencies or failures of the Application.
• Security protocols could fail, causing a breach of privacy of your confidential information


15. Rare delays in scheduled timings may happen due to unavoidable circumstances.

17. The Terms of Use are applicable to all services made available on the platform, including any changes made to the services from time to time. The company reserves the right to modify any part of this Terms of Use, at any time.
